WHEN TO ARRIVE

The lobby will open 30 minutes before and seating will start 10 -15 minutes before the show to ensure no one is sitting too long! LATECOMERS Given that many of the shows are under 60 minutes, we cannot guarantee we can admit latecomers.

All washroom facilities are accessible.

No need to print your tickets!
Make sure to bring your email confirmation with you and just check in when you arrive in the lobby.

  • YES you can breastfeed
  • YES your baby is welcome to come along to a performance with their older sibling
  • YES your child will be close to the action (extra grownup guests sit back please)
  • YES water, milk and juice in closed containers or sippy-cups is allowed

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
All shows have general seating. Please be prepared to adjust where you’re sitting to accommodate better sight-lines for your fellow guests and their little ones.
Babes in Arms: Babies under the recommended age for any performance fall under our ‘Babes in Arms’ ticket policy. Babies are welcome to come along to a show with their older sibling and they will not require a ticket when held in a caregiver’s lap. Please note: some of the performances in the WeeFestival have been created specifically for babies, in these cases tickets are required.

Strollers: No strollers are permitted inside theaters. Stroller Parking is Extremely Limited please wear or carry your baby.

Mobile Phones must be switched off during performances.

Food & Drink : no  food inside theater venues. Water, milk and juice in closed containers or sippy-cups is allowed.

Video Recording or Photography is prohibited. We ask for your cooperation and respect for the artists and other audience members.

However, when you attend this event, you enter an area where professional photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

The only exception is for children with special needs who may need to watch the performance through an electronic device.

Accessibility and Assistance: All of our venues are wheelchair accessible.

  • All WeeFestival performances are presented in a “Relaxed” format which means there are no loud noises, no blackouts, and while each show is between 30 and 45 minutes, children who need to take a break should feel free to do so.
  • Social Stories are available to support your student or child’s visit to festival venues, feature performances and the overall festival experience. 
  • Service animals are permitted, please contact Boxoffice@weefestival.ca. Complimentary companion tickets are available.

Every person, big or small, requires a ticket to WeeFestival shows except for “Infants in arms” attending a show intended for an older age group with their family.

  • You may cancel your tickets up to 48 hours before the scheduled event and receive a refund or a Charitable tax receipt for the value of your order less tax.
  • Refunds are not possible for ticket cancellation after 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • If the event to which you hold tickets is cancelled, you will be provided with a full refund of your order.
  • Given that many of the shows are under 60 minutes, we cannot guarantee we can admit latecomers.
