VENUE ACCESS
The Assembly Hall Performance Hall is accessed via an elevator.
Public washrooms including All Gender washrooms are accessed on the main floor.
ASL PERFORMANCES

This year, we will offer 2 performances with American Sign Language interpretation for Deaf or hard-of-hearing audiences

For in-person performances an ASL Interpreter will be present at the box office 15 minutes before each ASL Performance. Reserved seats will be available for audience members who will be using the services of the interpreters.
If you or your child requires someone to sign for you, the lighting in the audience should be sufficient as we do not go to blackout.
RELAXED PERFORMANCE
- All performances of Old Man and the River will be offered in a Relaxed format with these additional services and supports.
- No blackouts
- No shocking, abrupt, loud sounds
- No strobe lights
- Social Story
- Recorded Relaxed Audio Description (sound only) available at each performance and access via QR code and played over personal headphones
- Video with Relaxed Audio Description (upon request and available 24 hours in advance)
- Sensory Table
- Quiet Corner
- Early Entry (15 minutes prior to audience entry)are no loud noises, no blackouts, and while each show is between 30 and 45 minutes, children who need to take a break should feel free to do so.
