Policies

Ticket Sale and Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. A tax-receipt may be issued for tickets if they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours in advance of the designated performance date and time. Please contact the Theatre Direct office for further information.Public tickets are on sale through Brown Paper Tickets.

VENUE AND SEATING INFORMATION

Seating Policy: Please arrive early as there is no reserved seating at our venues. We have created this festival with children in mind, so do encourage them to sit near the action! Some venues may have additional seating requirements – please check with our helpful volunteers when you arrive for the show. MAKE SURE YOUR POTTY TRAINED CHILDREN VISIT THE WASHROOM BEFORE THE SHOW-WE DON’T WANT THEM TO MISS A THING! :)

Babes in Arms: Babes in arms, under 1 yr, are welcome to come along to a show with their older sibling. If baby starts to fuss, please try your best to soothe them in order to minimize disruption for other audience members. There is always an option to step outside into the lobby if necessary, we’re there to assist in any way you need.

Accessibility and Assistance: All of our venues are wheelchair accessible. If you require any special assistance or accommodations, please contact our office directly at 416-537-4191 x 224 prior to the performance time (complimentary companion tickets are available).

Late Arrivals: Latecomers will not be admitted to performances.

Age Recommendations: Each show has been created with a specific age range in mind. Please respect the age recommendations for each show – we are happy to speak to you about a particular performance if you have additional questions.

Strollers: No strollers are permitted inside theatres. Limited stroller parking will be provided.

Food & Drink Out of consideration for other audience members and to maintain a clean theatre environment, we cannot allow food inside theatre venues. Water, milk and juice in closed containers or sippy-cups is allowed.

Mobile Phones must be switched off during performances.

Video Recording or Photography is prohibited. We ask for your cooperation and respect for the artists and other audience members.

Breastfeeding: All WeeFestival venues are breastfeeding friendly!
