Tickets and Passes: 

$10 (inc HST) for daycares, nurseries, preschools and kindergartens
$12 (inc HST) discounted for students/artists/delegates
$14 (inc HST) for public performances.

$20 (inc HST) 1 adult + 1 child pass – available for limited week-day performances. Please contact our office for details: 416-537-4191.
$50 Family Package for 4 tickets available until May 1st. Reserve by calling 416-537-4191.

Artist / Delegate Tickets: Limited Artist and Delegate tickets are available for weekday performances. Please contact our office: 416-537-4191 for additional information.

Unclaimed complimentary tickets will be released for public sale 5 minutes before the performance start time.

Ticket Sale and Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. A tax-receipt may be issued for tickets if they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours in advance of the designated performance date and time. Please contact the Theatre Direct office for further information.


 Seating Policy: Please arrive early as there is no reserved seating at our venues. We have created this festival with children in mind, so do encourage them to sit near the action! Some venues may have additional seating requirements – please check with our helpful volunteers when you arrive for the show.

Late Arrivals: Latecomers will not be admitted to performances.

Age Recommendations: Each show has been created with a specific age range in mind. Please respect the age recommendations for each show – we are happy to speak to you about a particular performance if you have additional questions.

Strollers: No strollers are permitted inside theatres. Limited stroller parking will be provided.

Accessibility and Assistance: All of our venues are wheelchair accessible. If you require any special assistance or accommodations, please contact our office directly at 416-537-4191 x 224 prior to the performance time (complimentary companion tickets are available).  

Photographic & Recording equipment is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise noted at the start of a performance.


Babes in Arms:

Families are welcome to bring babies under the age of one when accompanying a big brother or sister to a performance. Should your baby start to fuss and require some special attention, you are welcome to step outside into the lobby and return to the theatre when baby is ready.
