From out of the darkness, two dancers move to and play with the magic of light and shadow using movement and music.

The night turns the stars on and opens the door of dreams… It is when you go to sleep that dreams arrive. Because even in darkness, the darkest night is never black… there is always a small light. Under a Different Light is a dance theatre show entirely dedicated to the young, and their fascination with light.

Performed without words

Co-Presented by the Istituto Italiano di Cultura
Staging Andrea Buzetti and Valeria Frabetti
performed by Giada Ciccolini and Luciano Cendou

About La Baracca-Testoni Ragazzi

Founded in 1976, La Baracca has been working exclusively in the field of theatre for children and young people for the past 35 years. The company’s productions are centred on actor’s theatre; over the years, they have developed a poetics aimed at researching amazement and simplicity intended as a means by which to capture what is essential, always paying special attention to the relationship with the audience. Every year new productions are created for all age groups, from early years to secondary school students.
